About DirectThreat Musical Instruments

Good gear deserves another set. DirectThreat Musical Instruments is a Birmingham, Alabama-based, online-first music equipment business focused on affordable, quality-tested pre-owned gear.

Our Mission

Make musical instruments and audio equipment more accessible to musicians, bands, schools, churches, studios and DJs—without the cost of buying everything new.

What We’re Building

Our approach brings together used instrument sales, sound and recording equipment, accessories, trade-ins, consignment and repairs. Testing, preparation and clear condition details are central to how we want to connect gear with its next player. Inventory and service availability may vary.
